Registration Information
Welcome to the Camp Kudzu registration page! We look forward to having you join
us for an upcoming session or gathering soon! Camp Kudzu is committed to making
sure that every child and family has the opportunity to attend camp. Camperships are
available for all programming.
There are two ways to register:
- Register Now Online: Note that online applications will ask for payment information by debit or credit card or you can choose to check out by selecting cash/check and mail us your payment.
- Register by Mail or Fax: Complete a paper application form and return it via fax or U.S. Mail. Call our office at (404) 250-1811 if you need a paper application mailed to you.
The final camp payment due date depends on the date of registration and camp session.
Registration Process

- Step 1: Create an account or sign in to your previous account (online only)
- Step 2: Complete an online application or paper application (*Note: you will receive an application completion email once your application is complete)
- Step 3: Have a licensed healthcare professional in your child’s endocrinologist’s office complete and fax the Camp Kudzu Health Form. (Only for Summer Overnight Sessions, Sprouts Day Camp, Teen Retreat & Junior Retreat)
- Step 4: Once your child or family unit has been accepted into a session you will receive an acceptance email
- Step 5: Three to four weeks before a session, you will receive a Camp Guide with more specific details about that session of camp (*Note: for Summer Camp, Sprouts, Teen Retreat, & Junior Retreat you will need to fill out the Blood Glucose Log prior to camp)
Summer Session Waitlists
Admission from waitlists depends on space availability by gender, age, session, and date of diagnosis. We have cancellations throughout the season and the quickest way to have your child moved off the waitlist is to make sure his/her application is complete in our system and ready to go. You will receive an email from Camp Kudzu confirming your waitlist status. Please note, campers on a waitlist are not required to pay the registration fee. Should a spot become available, the registration fee will be required once the camper is accepted into a session.
Financial Information
Camperships:
Camp Kudzu understands that T1D can be expensive and strives to meet families where they are financially. Full and partial camperships are available for every program, and we do not limit the number of camperships one camper or family can receive during a year or from year to year. In order to serve as many campers/families as possible needing camperships we ask that all families pay what they can afford towards the camp fee. We never want camp fees to prevent a camper or family from coming to camp, so we are happy to work with you. Monthly and specialized payment plans are available. The Campership Form is built into the online application for every camp session.
Payment Plans:
Full Payment: You have the option to pay in full at the time of checkout.
Monthly Payment Plan: The balance will be broken into one payment every month leading up to the session of camp. Payments will be processed on the 16th of each month. The registration fee will be processed at checkout.
Campership Payment Plan: If you apply for a Campership and choose this plan, you will NOT be charged anything at the time of checkout. We will review your campership application, and come to an agreement on the payment amount before anything is charged. Specialized Payment Plan: If none of the above payment plans work for your family, we can set up a specialized payment plan to fit your family’s needs. Please reach out to Mandy Conroy at mconroy@campkudzu.org or 404-495-4863 to set one up.
