Leadership Development Program
Camp Kudzu believes in providing campers with opportunities to continue developing their diabetes management and leadership skills as they transition out of “camper” life and into independent adults.
That’s why we’ve designed a special leadership development program to help transition campers into independent, successful, well-rounded adults; and hopefully Camp Kudzu Volunteer Staff!
Participants of our Leadership Development Program engage in tasks focused on communication, decision-making, leadership, and youth development.
